Emma Phillips
Hello, I am Emma Phillips I am the registered practice manager at the Bay Orthodontics. My journey began as a dental nurse in 2007 and I then qualified as a dental nurse in 2011 completing the NEBDN national dental nurse exam after having my two young children. I have previously worked as a dental nurse, treatment coordinator and practice coordinator. I then stepped into the practice manager position in 2019 and I haven’t looked back since I have gained knowledge and experience with NHS and private patients over the years by working as a treatment co Ordinator. I enjoy seeing our patient’s smile journey and working with an excellent and passionate team. I enjoy compliance in my role and finding new ways of working to improve our services for our patients. Outside dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two beautiful children. Taking the dog for a walk and home improvements if I didn’t work in dentistry, I would love to be an interior
