Excellent customer service and very professional. I completed the application after receiving the downloaded forms. They were well laid out and easy to complete. This process took little more than 10 minutes from phone call to receipt and submission. I was quickly asked to provide more documentation to support my claim. This was concisely explained. Following submission I very quickly received acceptance confirmation which was required to comple the process. I could not sign in so contacted Chrysalis by phone and was quickly answered by Liam.
