This process took little more than 10 minutes from phone call to receipt and submission. I was quickly asked to provide more documentation to support my claim. This was concisely explained. Following submission I very quickly received acceptance confirmation which was required to comple the process. I could not sign in so contacted Chrysalis by phone and was quickly answered by Liam. He provided the necessary login and very efficiently talked me through the steps to completion. This whole process from start to finish took less than 80 minutes. Liam very much reflected the highly professional nature of this business and could not have been more helpful. Excellent interpersonal skills which enhance the image I have of Chrysalis.
